Imagination To Heal

Use your imagination to heal.  Be creative and find a passion to help you feel better.  Don't worry what other people say about your art, be strong and just create.  Start by stretching and breath deeply.  Listen to you favorite music for ten minutes and read a poem.  Now start to draw and just let your hand move freely. See what happens.  Never give up.
